Physical activity increases the leval of HDL , or "good" cholestrol in your body HDL are like cholestrol scavenger they pick up the bad cholestrol in the arteries and transport it to liver for eventual removal from body. An incresease in your HDL is pritective; it can decrease the risk of Heart Attack.

Regular physical activity helps maintain blood sugar level & control insulin activity . if you are overweight or if you have a family histry of dibetes, this benifit of exercise may have special value to you.

Sprouted Moongdal or Moth Kababs

ingredent :--

Whole moongdal,ginger,garlic paste,onion,lemon,green chilli .

Whole moong dal - (2 tablespoon)25 gm

ginger - 1/2" piece

garlic - 5 cloves

onion - 1 small - chooped

green chilli - 1

salt - to taste

half lamon juice - to taste

garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon

oil - 5 gm (1 teaspoon)

Method

  1. Sprout moongdal or moth & grind them .

  2. add garlic, ginger + chilli paste.

  3. add chopped onion , salt, amchur or lemon juice , garam masala.

  4. heat non stik tawa. put 1 tspoon oil & pour one spoonful of dal mixture & cool both side .

  5. garnish with chopped coriander leaves & onion.
